I was born and grew up mainly in Scotland, but traveled about a bit, living in Ireland, England (twice), Italy, and the United States, where I currently reside. The exposure to different accents and languages has given me a facility as a linguist and a – sometimes excruciating – mimic! Although I have lived in the Midwest of the United States since 2007, I am open to voice projects from anywhere, regardless of location.
I have voiced a series of nonfiction religious books – Waymarks, Signposts, and Travel Maps.
I provided a BBC English and BBC Scottish voiceover for a 3-minute cartoon – “The Sad Demise of Marjory DeLord.”
I have voiced over 250 poems, some for online videos during the COVID lockdown.
I performed the voiceover for two children’s books, using different voices for the characters, “Harry the Snake and the Vegetarian Diet” and “Simon, the Lonesome Cabbage.”
I wrote and performed 90 talks for the Resurrection Life Podcast.
I am proficient in multiple accents from the UK, USA, and various countries around the world.
I narrated the nonfiction books Retirement Planning, Live the Dream and Piezoelectric Pyramid
I speak Italian, some French, and I probably wouldn’t starve if I was airlifted to Madrid, Spain.
